If you ask people what abundance means to them the most common answer is money or material possessions. Yet, some people living in the really fancy homes, driving import vehicles and wearing famous brand clothing are so often unhappy and feel that it isn’t enough. Some, even suffering from depression and anxiety.
Others, living a life of relative poverty, on the other hand, embrace every day with contentment and joy.
So, what is abundance and how does one live in abundance? It can be said that the measure of abundance varies from person to person. This is by all accounts true. Yet are we living a life of abundance? There are two aspects to Abundance Coaching. The first is changing one’s attitude. If one is focused on the lack in their lives, the mind will look for and find confirmation of the lack. If, however, one looks at all areas of their lives and identify the abundance in their lives. This change in attitude will create a foundation for achieving greater abundance and this is the second aspect of Abundance Coaching.
